A. Contact
our reception team who will be able to check that there are no
problems with the password and user name or with connections
to the room. You may also have to contact your own IT department
to see if there are any problems with you laptop and settings.

Can I use my units on different visits?
A: Yes.
As soon as you log on, the units are activated and continue for
the time allocated, ie, 1 hr, 24 hrs, one week, etc. That is
regardless of whether you are online or not or how many of our
hotels you visit during the active period.

How can I pay for wifi4real units?
A. You
can either pay by cash or if you are a resident, you can charge
it to your room. It will appear on your invoice under the Room
Service as Internet.
